On July 17, 2025, ConnectED conducted not just one but two impactful seminars in Guwahati, Assam, as part of Day 2 of our North East Seminar Series under the flagship initiative — “Learn & Earn in Korea.”
These back-to-back sessions were held in collaboration with Health City Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences and St. Martha Institute of Nursing, engaging a wide audience of aspiring healthcare professionals from the region.
SEMINAR 1: HEALTH CITY INSTITUTE OF NURSING AND PARAMEDICAL SCIENCES, GUWAHATI
The first session drew a large turnout of nursing and paramedical students, all eager to learn how they could expand their academic and professional horizons beyond borders. ConnectED Directors, Mr. Prashant and Mr. Jade Kim, delivered a comprehensive session detailing how the program allows students to study in South Korea, gain hands-on training, and earn through part-time work — all while preparing for global healthcare careers.
The students showed great enthusiasm and curiosity, actively participating in the discussion and expressing their ambitions to pursue international education and career growth.
We’re thankful to the Health City Institute for their warm support and for providing a platform to empower students with globally-relevant options.
SEMINAR 2: ST. MARTHA INSTITUTE OF NURSING, GUWAHATI
Later the same day, ConnectED was welcomed at the St. Martha Institute of Nursing for the second seminar. Here too, the energy was palpable, with students keen to explore how the Learn & Earn in Korea program could serve as a gateway to international education and employment.
The session focused on the program’s placement-driven model, which blends classroom learning, practical exposure, and the opportunity to earn while studying. Students were guided through the structured pathway to become skilled professionals in South Korea’s growing nursing and eldercare sectors.
We appreciate the support from the St. Martha Institute team and their dedication to preparing students for global success.
These two seminars further solidify our mission to:
Connect Indian students with international career pathways
Promote skill-based education aligned with global demands
Enable career-ready learning experiences with real-world impact
With each session, we’re not just informing — we’re inspiring a generation to think globally and act confidently.
